Swimming shaped me as an Individual

What do you do when you learn to swim? You make mistakes do you not? Then what happens? Do you make other mistakes, and when you have made all mistakes you possibly can without drowning and some of them many times over-what do you find? Life is just the same as learning to swim don’t be afraid of making mistakes. For there is no other way of learning how to live!

It’s been told swimming that swimming is a wimp sport, but I don’t see it. Swimming is a lifelong activity and it is one of the best all-rounder conditioning sport I strongly encourage all of the athletes to continue swimming competitively after.

There are different types of strokes:

  1. Breast Strokes:  The first of the basic swimming strokes taught to beginner
  2.  Back Strokes: often the next stroke taught to swimmers. As its name suggests, it is swum on the back.The backstroke kick is a kind of flutter kick, which means that the legs alternatively kick up and down. 
  3. Free style stroke: This Stroke is swum like flat on stomach. Just same as like as back stroke. The advantage of this stroke is faster effective and more efficient by all swimming strokes.
The primary reasons the swimmers 3 percent of energy converted in positive motion. Most of the swimming actions are strongly influenced and concerns how to swim long.
